Cape Cod Cottage Remodel Part 2
It’s been quite a while since we have updated and so many things have changed and so much progress has been made! Between keeping the stores full and getting through the holidays, we have been working long and hard trying to wrap the remodel up! So far, everything is coming together beautifully and we can’t wait to share the final product. So, without further ado….let’s get started!
Cape Cod Cottage Remodel
This beautiful cape cod resides in Milford, among many other historical beauties. We are fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to rescue this home and breathe new life into its outdated, but amazing, bones. We can’t even begin to describe to you the superior quality in which this home was structurally built in. It took over a year for the original owner to hand build this home and the craftsmanship is breathtaking. Our goal is to preserve as much of its “originality” as we can while updating other aspects to bring it into this century
Finding your happy with color
Today I want to share with you a topic that I’m passionate about but most are scared of. What topic could this possibly be that scares the daylights out of most? COLOR! Yes, I said it color. From early adulthood I decided that any color can work as a neutral and to decorate with colors that made me feel happy.
French Provincial Furniture Makeover
French Provincial Furniture Makeover: The possibilities of Chalk Paint® decorative paint by Annie Sloan are endless. We knew that this little French nightstand was the perfect candidate for a Chalk Paint® rehab! French provincial pieces are so beautiful, but often overlooked when in their natural state. A dose of Duck Egg (one of our top selling colors) was just what the paint doctor ordered!
